Thermal insulation and its advantages?

EKO-STZ thermal insulation systems improve the thermal insulation properties of building envelopes, reduce energy consumption for heating buildings and for cooling in summer months, increase the thermal comfort of living. They reduce the possibility of water vapour condensation on the inside of the structure, reducing the risk of mould. They significantly contribute to the remediation of defects in buildings and ensure the protection of the building envelope from climatic influences. Quality and imaginative architectural design of the thermal insulation system surface increases the aesthetic effect of the building. Thermal insulation contributes to reducing emissions in energy production, which has a positive impact on the environment.

Contact thermal insulation systems meet the requirements of Act No. 22/1997 Coll. as amended, and §2 and 3 of the Government Order No.163/2002 Coll. as amended by Government Order No. 312/2005 Coll., are properly certified and have been issued with the relevant ETA, STO, declaration of performance or declaration of conformity.

Mandatory technological process

Mandatory technological process cl. A

Mandatory technological process EKO-STZ CP and CM

Economic:

  • saving energy for heating saves up to 40%
  • reduced energy consumption for heating will allow the use of a lower power source and more economical operation
  • shortening of the heating season
  • fast return on investment in insulation due to rising energy prices

Construction-technical:

  • protection of the building envelope from the effects of weathering
  • removing thermal bridges
  • extending the service life of the object
  • suitable for reconstruction of older buildings as well as for new buildings
  • for new buildings, it allows the use of thinner and lighter walls and helps to reduce the weight (load) of the building
  • prevents freezing and devastation of masonry by frost

Utility aspect:

  • improvement of thermal comfort in insulated buildings
  • external insulation does not reduce utility space
  • possibility of a new original architectural design of the façade

Medical:

  • prevents mould

Ecological:

  • thermal insulation contributes to reducing emissions in energy production, which has a positive impact on the environment
